ALBANY, NY- The Molloy College men's and women's cross county teams competed against some of the top teams in Division II at the Golden Knights Joust hosted by St. Rose College on October 5. Senior Danielle Rita (East Meadow, NY) crossed the finish line in fourth place (21:20), while freshman Danielle Mosca (Valley Stream, NY) placed 17th (24:13). Senior Jennifer Cavallo (Farmingdale, NY) ended the race in 27th (26:52) and sophomore Samantha Portela (Merrick, NY) crossed in a time of 30:20 (33rd). On the men's side, sophomore John Badamo (Floral Park, NY) and freshmen Patrick McCabe (Garden City Park, NY) and Neal Reff (Massapequa, NY) finished in the top 20. Junior Brian Gosioco (Bayside, NY), freshmen Daniel Naud (Lynbrook, NY) and John Lynch (Oceanside, NY), and senior Tim Cook (Babylon, NY) placed in the next ten spots, while junior Thomas Leninger (Merrick, NY) rounded out Molloy in 36th.
