ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY- The Molloy College women's tennis team dropped their 2007 season opener to the Griffins of Chestnut Hill College on September 7 at the Rockville Centre Recreation Center. Chestnut Hill won all three doubles matches and took five of the six singles matches. Senior Nicole Bennardo (West Islip, NY) earned the Lady Lions lone victory when she defeated Cara Wallin in first singles.

Molloy will host their East Coast Conference opener against St. Thomas Aquinas College on Monday, September 10. The match is scheduled to begin at 3:30 PM.
