BASEBALL AND WOMEN’S LACROSSE WALK FOR A CURE AT JONES BEACH

WANTAGH, N.Y. (Oct. 21, 2008) - On Sunday, the Molloy College baseball and women's lacrosse squads walked for a cure at Jones Beach in Wantagh, N.Y. Both teams took part in "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" with friends and family.

The Lions' baseball team brought together about 60 people and contributed money to the cause. As for the women's lacrosse squad, they raised a total of $560.00 for the American Cancer Society.
