FALZONE AND WOODBERRY GARNER ECC/BADEN PLAYER OF THE WEEK HONORS

Senior Vincent Falzone (Middle Village, NY) and sophomore Kymira Woodberry (Boston, MA) grabbed the last 2007-08 Basketball ECC/Baden Player of the Week honors. In a 1-1 week for the Lions, Falzone averaged 22.0 points and 13.0 rebounds per game. He helped the Lions grab a playoff spot when he posted 26 points and grabbed 15 rebounds to lead Molloy to 76-73 victory at NYIT. Falzone added 18 points and 11 boards in a loss to STAC.

Woodberry averaged 29.5 points and 8.0 rebounds helping Molloy earn the No. 2 seed for the East Coast Conference tournament. She recorded a career high 32 points and added six rebounds at NYIT. Woodberry led all players with 27 points and 10 rebounds, while adding four steals, three assists and two blocks against STAC.
