Molloy College












CLEVELAND, OHIO – Last week, the Athletic Directors’ Association announced its recipients of the 2008-09 Academic Achievement Award for Division II, and Molloy College had 29 of its student-athletes recognized out of a total of 4,020 across 115 institutions. In order to obtain this honor, the student-athlete had to achieve a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or better. They also needed to attend the institution for at least two years, and be a member of an intercollegiate team during his or her previous academic year.

OLD WESTBURY, N.Y. - On Saturday afternoon, the Molloy College softball team had its season come to an end as the fifth-seeded Lions lost to the fourth-seeded Golden Lions of Dowling College in the East Coast Conference Tournament by a final product of 5-2 at the NYIT Sport Complex in Old Westbury, N.Y.
