SOFTBALL EARNS NFCA EAST REGION COACHING STAFF OF THE YEAR NOD July 1, 2010 STARKVILLE, Miss. – After guiding the Molloy College softball team to its first-ever NCAA Division II East Region crown, and a No. 10 national ranking, the National Fastpitch Coaches Association selected Susan Cassidy-Lyke and her assistants on Thursday afternoon as the 2010 East Region Coaching Staff of the Year. SOFTBALL SLOTTED 10TH IN FINAL NFCA TOP-25 POLL June 3, 2010 STARKVILLE, Miss. - On Thursday, the National Fastpitch Coaches Association released its final Top-25 poll of the 2010 season, and the Molloy College softball team received its highest ranking ever as the Lions were positioned 10th in the census. They had only earned one other spot on the tally this year, which was at No. 20 on March 31.
