SALEM, Va. - On Friday, the Molloy College softball team continued play at the NCAA Division II National Championship with a 7-1 loss to 19th-ranked University of Central Oklahoma in a winner's bracket match-up at the Moyer Complex in Salem, Va. As a result, the Lions, who dipped to 53-13 overall, now face the victor of the loser's bracket contest between Grand Valley State University and Texas Woman's University on Saturday at 7:30 p.m.

SALEM, Va. - Trailing 4-1 in the seventh, and down to its last out, the Molloy College softball team pushed across three runs to tie it, on five hits, and added another in extras, to secure a thrilling 5-4 come-from-behind walk-off victory on Thursday against third-ranked and reigning national champion Valdosta State University in the NCAA Division II National Championship at the Moyer Complex in Salem, Va. The win now sends the Lions into the winner's bracket, where they will take on University of Central Oklahoma in a 4 p.m. tilt on Friday.
