BADAMO COMPETES IN 1,500-METER RUN AT NYC QUALIFYING CHALLENGE
NEW YORK, N.Y. - Senior Matthew Badamo came up short of qualifying for the national standard in the 1,500-meter run on Saturday afternoon as he clocked a time of 4:05 at the New York City Qualifying Challenge, which took place on Randall's Island at Icahn Stadium in New York, N.Y. Badamo was 12 seconds shy of the provisional mark.

BADAMO’S FIRST-PLACE FINISH LIFTS MEN’S OUTDOOR TRACK AT ALL-AMERICAN INVITE
EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. – Senior Matthew Badamo came in first place in the 1,500-meter run on Saturday with a time of 4:01.1 as the Molloy College men’s outdoor track and field team took part in the All-American Invitational, which was held on the campus of East Stroudsburg University in East Stroudsburg, Pa. The clocking also proved to be a new school record for Badamo.

WALSH’S RECORD-SETTING RUN LEADS MEN’S OUTDOOR TRACK AT WAGNER INVITATIONAL
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – On Saturday, graduate Matthew Walsh set a new school marks in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:49 to lift the Molloy College men’s outdoor track and field team to a strong effort at the Wagner College Invitational in Staten Island, N.Y. He placed second in the 5,000-meter in the process.

WALSH'S 5,000-METER RUN POWERS MEN’S OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD AT FARMINGDALE STATE INVITE
FARMINGDALE, N.Y. – Graduate Matthew Walsh had a second-place showing in the 5,000-meter run on Saturday with a mark of 15:57 as the Molloy College men’s outdoor track and field team posted six new school records at the Farmingdale State College Invitational in Farmingdale, N.Y. Senior Matthew Badamo contributed a third-place effort in the 1,500-meter run with a 4:11.10.

MEN’S OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD HAS STRONG START TO 2010 SEASON AT RICHARD STOCKTON INVITE
POMONA, N.J. – Senior Matthew Badamo ran a time of 4:06.40 in the 1,500-meter run on Saturday to help the Molloy College men’s outdoor track and field team to a solid performance at the Richard Stockton College Invitational in Pomona, N.J. Meanwhile, freshman Eric Wong posted an impressive 59.47 clocking in the 400-meter intermediate hurdles.
