CROSS COUNTRY PARTICIPATES IN BOXTOWN ON CAMPUS
ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY- The Molloy College mens and womens cross country teams participated in Boxtown which was run by the Molloy College Campus Ministries office. Boxtown involved volunteers spending a night in a cardboard box on the campus of Molloy College in order to express their solidarity with the Homeless.
BRONX, NY- The Molloy College mens and womens cross country teams finished their season at the 2007 NCAA Northeast Regionals at Van Cortlandt Park on November 3. The race consisted of teams from the Northeast and several teams who are ranked regionally and/or nationally.

BRONX, NY- The Molloy College mens and womens cross county teams each finished in seventh place during the East Coast Conference Championships on October 20 at Van Cortlandt Park. NYIT took home the ECC Championship for the mens side, while Adelphi University earned the top spot for the women.

ALBANY, NY- The Molloy College mens and womens cross country teams ran in the 41st Annual UAlbany Cross Country Invitational on October 13. The Lions competed against 33 other Division I, II and III schools, many of who are ranked nationally and regionally.

WATERFORD, CT- The mens and womens cross country teams competed at the Connecticut College Invitational on September 22 at Harkness Memorial State Park. The mens team finished 18th, while the womens team did not qualify for team results.

VERDALE, NY- Senior Danielle Rita (East Meadow, NY) led the Molloy College womens cross country team (22:45), while sophomore Matthew Badamo (Floral Park, NY) was head of the pack for the Molloy College mens cross country (31:28) at the Fordham University Ram Invitational on September 15.

NEW YORK- The Molloy College mens and womens cross country teams opened the 2007 season at the Fordham Invitational held at Van Cortlandt Park. The teams competed against Division I and Division II schools during the Invitational. The mens team finished in 21st place, while the womens team did not qualified for team results.
