MEN’S SOCCER TIES WITH CONCORDIA

BRONXVILLE, NY- The Molloy College men's soccer team went into double overtime with the Clippers of Concordia College but neither team came away with the victory. The Lions now own a 9-2-3 overall record and a 3-1-2 ECC record, while the Clippers are now 4-11-1 and 1-5-1.

Molloy was able to get off 14 shots, while the Clippers took 13 shots during the 110 minutes of play but neither team could place one in the net. Senior Russ Francome (Hendon, England) recorded six saves during the double overtime game, while Concordia's Clint Providence made four saves.

The Lions return home for three games with the first against St. Thomas Aquinas College on October 20 at 12:00 PM.
