BASEBALL ALUMNI POSTING EXCEPTIONAL NUMBERS IN INDEPENDENT LEAGUES August 16, 2010 ROCKVILLE CENTRE, N.Y. – A pair of former Molloy College baseball superstars have begun making their marks in their respective independent leagues. GREIG ADDS ON TO ACCOLADE LIST WITH NCBWA ALL-EAST REGION FIRST-TEAM NOD May 18, 2010 BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - Senior infielder T.J. Greig of the Molloy College baseball team was picked to the National Collegiate Baseball Writers' Association All-East Region First-Team, which was issued by a selected panel of the organization's choosing on Tuesday. This marks the third post-season accolade that Greig has garnered this season as he was named to the All-East Coast Conference and Daktronics All-East Region First-Team. [READ MORE]
GREIG AND LARUSSO BRING HOME DAKTRONICS ALL-EAST REGION KUDOS May 15, 2010 PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - Very recently, Daktronics, Inc. publicized its Division II All-East Region baseball squad, and senior second baseman T.J. Greig of Molloy College earned first-team honors, while junior first baseman/catcher Robert LaRusso was selected to the second-team. This year, Greig posted a team-leading .376 average with six home runs and 37 RBI, while LaRusso hit .321 with five long balls and 49 RBI.
