Dr. Kenneth Montgomery, MD

Dr. Ken Montgomery is entering his 12th year as a member of the Molloy College Sports Medicine staff. He is now also the Head Team Physician for New York Jets Football and has been a member of their medical staff since 2000. Furthermore, Montgomery has served as a team orthopedist with the New York Islanders since 1997 and is the tier chief of sports medicine at ProHEALTH Care Associates in Lake Success, N.Y.
Prior to that, he served his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York from 1991-95, and was a sports medicine fellow at Lennox Hill Hospital from 1995-96, where he worked with the Jets and New York Rangers. Montgomery also completed a hand and upper extremity fellowship at Harvard from 1996-97.
He was born in Montebello, California and received his
undergraduate degree from University of California-Irvine.
Montgomery then attended medical school and earned his M.D. from
the University of California at San Francisco. He and his wife, Dr.
Leslie Montgomery, have one son, Dylan and one daughter, Elena.
